THE OFFER
The PDS contains details of an offer of units in the Credit Suisse Principle Protected Yield Fund (Units) by Equity Trustees Limited (EQT). The PDS is dated 3 May 2007.
APPLICATIONS
Applications for Units may only be made on Application Form attached to or accompanying the PDS, which will be made available once the offer is open on 4 May 2007. EQT will only issue or transfer Units in response to a completed Application Form. You can apply in one of two ways:
- by downloading the PDS and Application Form (when available from 4 May 2007) from this website and printing and completing a hard copy of the Application Form; or
- by completing paper copy of the application form . You may request a paper copy of the PDS containing the application form by calling Link Market Services Limited on 1 800 992 481 (within Australia) or +61 2 8280 7740 (outside Australia).
The law prohibits you from passing the application form on to any other person unless it is attached to a copy of the PDS.
WARNING
The public Offer of Units is only available to persons receiving this PDS in Australia or New Zealand.
