Eric A. Anderson

| Eric A. Anderson is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse, based in New York. He is responsible for new business development and the negotiation and closing of equity and debt financings for public and private real estate companies including, principally, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and homebuilders.
Mr. Anderson joined CSFB in November 2000 when the Firm merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of DLJ's U.S. Real Estate Group.
Prior to joining DLJ in 1995, Mr. Anderson was with Paine Webber Incorporated for five years where he was in the real estate investment banking group. Prior to that, Mr. Anderson was with Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated for five years.
Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Anderson is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Federal bars.

Steven L. Kantor
Managing Director

Steven L. Kantor is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse, based in New York. He has senior management responsibilities in both the Fixed Income (FID) and Investment Banking (IBD) departments. He is the Head of Leveraged Finance, the Head of Commercial Real Estate (including the CMBS businesses within FID and the Real Estate Investment Banking businesses within IBD), and the Head of the Private Placements Group. Mr. Kantor sits on the Fixed Income department Operating Committee and the Investment Banking department Operating Committee.
Mr. Kantor joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 when the firm merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he was a Managing Director and Head of DLJ's Investment Banking, Finance, and Origination Groups within Real Estate.
Mr. Kantor joined DLJ in 1995 from Paine Webber, where he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division with responsibility for the Real Estate Business.
Previously, Mr. Kantor was with Drexel Burnham Lambert's Corporate Finance Division for five years. During his career, Mr. Kantor has raised over US$40 billion for REITs and other real estate companies and has raised over US$45 billion in the commercial mortgage market through CS and Column Financial.
Mr. Kantor is a graduate of Syracuse University and he received a J.D. from the American University in Washington DC.

Ian Marcus
Managing Director

Ian Marcus is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse, based in London. Mr. Marcus is European Head of the Real Estate Group in the Investment Banking Department. He has been in the banking industry for 26 years having previously worked for Bank of America, UBS, NatWest and Bankers Trust/Deutsche, always focusing on the real estate industry.
Mr. Marcus joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1999 from Bankers Trust to establish the Real Estate Group. Since its formation, the team have been involved in the corporate sales/privatisations of Burford, Grantchester, Haslemere, Dencora, Bourne End and Prestbury, the acquisitions of Wates City of London by Pillar and the subsequent sale of Pillar to British Land and the acquisition of Scottish Metropolitan by Rodamco UK as well as corporate monetisations by Kingfisher, Shell, Nordea, Endesa, Conoco and ABB. In addition the team have been involved in the securitisation of Canary Wharf in London and La Defence in Paris, the financing of Wembley Stadium and the corporate activity in the real estate fund management sector acting for MWB in the sale of the Leisure Funds to Capital & Regional and for Arlington in the acquisition of Aberdeen Property Investors.
Mr. Marcus has been actively involved with the recent UK REIT Initiative as one of the six industry representatives who have led the discussions with Ministers, government officials and within the industry.
Mr. Marcus is a Past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, Junior Vice President of the British Property Federation, and Chairman of the Bank of England Property Forum. He has also been invited by the office of the Deputy Prime Minister to join the Thames Gateway Advisory Group. He is also a member of the University of Cambridge, Department of Land Economy Advisory Group.
Mr. Marcus is a graduate of Cambridge University.
