H. Courtney McLaughlin is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Global Markets Solutions Group, based in New York. He runs the Foreign Exchange Group, which advises Investment Banking clients on hedging their foreign exchange exposures arising from M&A, divesture and capital raising activities.
Mr. McLaughlin joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 when the firm merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was Head of Foreign Exchange Sales. Prior to that, Mr. McLaughlin worked at The Chase Manhattan Bank where he traded stock index, commodity, interest-rate and foreign exchange derivatives. Mr. McLaughlin started his career in 1985 as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers in the Options Arbitrage Group.
Mr. McLaughlin received his Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
