Anthony M. DeLuise

Anthony M. DeLuise is a Managing Director and Head of Private Placements (both debt and equity) at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international finance and regularly advises clients on a broad array of financing alternatives. Under his leadership, Credit Suisse has been ranked as one of the leading banks focused on private placements. The Credit Suisse Private Placement Group has successfully closed approximately $9 billion in private placements for its clients since 2001.
Prior to the merger with Credit Suisse, he was Head of Private Placements at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he grew it to be one of the most successful groups on Wall Street, structuring and closing in a two year period over 70 transactions with underlying securities valued in excess of $3.8 billion. Before he joined DLJ, he was Vice President in the Private Placement/High Yield Group at E.F. Hutton & Company Inc.
Anthony also held the positions of Director of Corporate Finance at both Trans World Corporation and Pan American World Airways, Inc. At Pan Am, his financing experience encompassed over $1 billion of public and private financings including Swiss franc convertible debt, yen-based secured debt, leverage leases, underwritten conversions of debt into equity and extensive bank negotiations. His extensive international experience includes holding the position of the Manager of Treasury International at Trans World Airlines, Inc. where he was responsible for all of TWA's foreign exchange exposure and foreign exchange trading activities.
He received his M.B.A. with distinction from New York University and has graduate degrees in both finance and accounting. He attended St. John's University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude. He also received a CPA license in 1983 (currently on inactive status).

Thomas E. Sullivan

Thomas E. Sullivan is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Private Placement group, based in San Francisco. He is the Bank's senior representative on the west coast for the Private Placement team.
Mr. Sullivan joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 when the Firm merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Managing Director in DLJ's private placement group. He joined DLJ in 1998 from RBC Dain Rauscher in Seattle where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Placement Group. Prior to that, he co-managed the private placement effort for U.S. Bancorp-Piper Jaffray and spent five years with Montgomery Securities in the firm's venture capital and private equity areas.
Mr. Sullivan has over 16 years experience in the private placement market and has worked on a variety of private equity, mezzanine debt and PIPE transactions including Fibrogen, Inc, SEMCO, Tejon Ranch, Prometheus Laboratories, Telepacific Communications, iMotors, eStamp, Capstone and Upshot.
Mr. Sullivan received an M.B.A., with honors from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Business, awarded with distinction from the University of Michigan. He was a Founder of Pets Choice, Inc (sold to VCA Antech), and also serves as an Advisor to Athlon Ventures.
