Prospectus Copies
You may obtain an electronic copy or a printed copy of a prospectus from Credit Suisse for new issues that are available for sale in the U.S. marketplace only.
Please bear in mind, however, that not all offerings that have been registered have a prospectus available. A prospectus may be made available in preliminary form (known as a "Red Herring") during the cooling off or quiet period and during road shows. A final prospectus is issued when the SEC gives final approval of the issue. The securities are then priced and sold to the public, often within hours of the SEC's approval.

number of copies desired;
series number where applicable;

Prospectus documents will be mailed via first-class mail. If you desire faster delivery, you may include an Airborne Express or Federal Express account number with your request. Prospectus documents will NOT be faxed; however, Credit Suisse staff may correspond via FAX to resolve any problems with your request.
Purchasing New Issue Shares
Credit Suisse does not sell shares in new issues it underwrites to the general public. Shares may be purchased through one of the on-line brokers listed on the Credit Suisse Equity New Issues Web site. Please keep in mind, however, that depending upon demand there can be no assurance that you will be able to purchase any shares.
Students Seeking Information
While Credit Suisse would like to assist students in their thesis efforts, regrettably, we cannot make resources or information available for these purposes. We receive many such requests; the variety of topics and the level of detail make fulfilling all of them impossible.
